The story centers around a super innocent 18-year-old girl named Rinko Ikeuchi who fully intends to become a doctor. One day she returns home to her wealthy family's mansion and finds a note informing her that her parents have gotten a divorce and she's now on her own. Homeless and desperate, she takes the first job she can find.
