When a rebellious faction led by the Koga ninja clan tries to stir civil unrest by publicly questioning the morality of the Shogun, he seeks to protect his reputation by cleaning up his past. He hires a group of female ninja from the Iga clan to wipe out a series of women who he had kinky affairs with in the past, but at the same time the Koga are trying to kidnap the women to have them rebuke the Shogun in court.
