In the planet Deloyer, a colony of the Earth Federation, Colonel Von Stein stages a coup d'etat on behalf of the Federation chairman Donan Cashim.

Ranze Eto lives with her werewolf mother, vampire father, and younger brother in Japan. Despite her lineage, she hasn't shown any special powers until she discovers that she can change into any object she bites and returns to normal only by sneezing. Her parents are happy, but it makes life difficult for Ranze. She falls in love with a human boy, but her parents won't allow it. She also has a rival in Yoko Kamiya, the daughter of a yakuza boss who also likes the boy.
