A revolutionary group of 5 is forced to leave the country after a riot. They manage to arrange a fisher boat with which they plan to flee to Bulgaria from Turkey via the Black Sea. Muntazam becomes paranoid after he is sentenced to prison because of a poem he wrote and his father dies while he was in prison. Decades after, his paranoia becomes increasingly worse when he writes a critical piece in his newspaper and his colleague (and his neighbour) gets arrested. He escapes from the city and thinks that every police is looking for him.
