Close Encounters of the Third Kind (1977) - Rated 06 Apr 2026
As an early sci-fi I find it easy to enjoy effect wise. The spectrums of the models are distorted but they somehow managed to convey the perception of the characters of space and devices. The key point in the movie is when Roy and Gillian kiss to sign their altered reality. Language and music is put to test and later we see the same subject coming up in the movie Arrival (2016).

Bring Them Down (2024) - Rated 29 Mar 2026
The movie showed a scene involving the most brutal suffering a man can face, but the emotional delivery was detached . I expected it to be a gut-wrenching experience.
