Disappointing. The more it leans into the old school sitcom vibe the better it is, but the abundant action is just B-class MCU fare. Cool Galactus though.

Very real characters and interactions. The comedy and story fall a bit short at times.

Springsteen: Deliver Me from Nowhere (2025) - Rated 03 Aug 2026

I liked the angle here, focusing on a formative time (or times) in his career, but Carmy being Carmy again was just a bit too much.

Takes a bit too long to get going but once it does, it's prime Tulio: crazy experssionist melodrama.

Nolan is quite awesome at directing massive blockbusters, but he sure could use a proper screenwriter. Very impressive location shoots and practical effects.

A different brand of romcom. Good writing and directing, excellent acting.

Obsession (2026) - Rated 29 Jun 2026

Top shelf genre movie for the price of a shoestring. All main characters are underdeveloped and oversimplifed and STILL it works as well as it does.
