"Starts out as a jaws rip-off mixed with a ecological thriller and takes a turn into a paranoia thriller. Acting is very campy although i suspect that was not the intention of the filmmakers."

"Soap opera dramatics, poorly understood and plotted the wire-esque storylines about corruption in the city hall and everyone being strong armed by fisks harbour project. I am surprised for how many people this is the saviour of a marvel tv, when it stinks of mediocrity. Barely worth my time and I'm a fan of the Frank Miller run of DD."
