Kosinski has created a truly beautiful universe accompanied by an amazing soundtrack that almost makes you forget that the plot is quite wobbly and gets especially loose towards the ending. Garrett Hedlund, as Sam Flynn, does not always succeed in delivering his one liners convincingly (but that might be the scripts fault). However, overall he does give a quite decent performance which (un)fortunately is overshadowed by the always excellent Michael Sheen and the coolness of Jeff Bridges.
