Made me yawn a lot. He mopes the whole time! Changing your life by doing things anyone and many do (gambling, clubs, drinks, dancing, voyeurism) is cheap storytelling, so nothing noteworthy here. What old man wouldn't want to chase a young woman to hang out with, but she won't hang with you if you just sit there with that "thousand yard stare" of his. Pacing is strange as the answers to questions or just plain dialogue between the characters takes a moment before they answer. Just when you think you'll see him change his life by helping the women: you don't, he's dead, the women wail, and the coworkers sit around and talk. Whatever arc for him is talked about in periphery, not shown. This scene took up a lot of time too, and was a huge wasted opportunity when it could have shown him taking up the cause and forging bonds with others. Yes, I just wrote that love would have been the change he needed before death. Frustrating film to watch as I was expecting much more.
