This series relies on stupidity to advance its plots. Everyone in it must be stupid and act only for stupid goals. Then, they must become oblivious so other people can do stupid things. Finally, Baptiste must be stupid so that he only slowly figures out the obvious mystery of lots of stupidity. In the meantime, people are not just stupid, but pretentious, and get emo all over the place while the plot stagnates. This is a stupid show.
