Black Knight is a concept in search of a plot. It's very threadbare. A dystopian post-apocalyptic desertified Korean peninsula where oxygen is at a premium and is controlled by the remnants of the government. That's about all the detail there is. An evil villain who wants to kill all climate refugees and have a society of 1% is the main antagonist. And there's some mutation that turns people's bone into *metal* (essentially making them borderline bulletproof).
