Eriko (Yuki Amami) and others from the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department's Special Crime Investigation Unit pursue the case. Just as the unit is disbanded and Eriko is about to leave for the United States, she receives a call from Nodachi (Toyoharu Takenouchi).

The suspect in four consecutive murders known as “The Arm of Death” has been arrested. Eriko (Yuki Amami), who was watching the interrogation, felt something was off about the suspect's confession and deduced that the fourth murder was committed by someone else.
Eriko (Yuki Amami), who collapsed due to excessive drinking and eating, is ordered to rest by Nodachi (Yutaka Takenouchi). While Eriko is away, a series of murders occurs. Since the victims were carrying forged driver's licenses, the task force members were unable to identify them.

Three housewives go missing one after another. With no apparent reason for their disappearances, Eriko (Yuki Amami) decides it's a crime and starts investigating. The person who comes up in the investigation is Kanae (Yuki Matsushita), a friend of the second victim.
A bank robbery occurs, with the perpetrators taking hostages and barricading themselves inside the bank. Sachiko (Kyoko Hasegawa), who happened to be there by chance, is also taken hostage. Eriko (Yuki Amami), who is put in charge of negotiations, attempts to approach the perpetrators, but things do not go as planned. Suddenly, gunshots ring out, and the hostages rush out of the building.

During an event held by the Metropolitan Police Department to interact with Tokyo residents, one of the participants, Komuro (Keita Tanaka), refused to leave the interrogation room.
Eriko (Yuki Amami) is set to go on a blind date with Ishikawa (Shosuke Tanihara) from the forensic department. Excited to meet such a handsome man, Eriko is suddenly interrupted by news of a woman's body being found.
A couple was murdered. The next day, the couple's daughter, Aimi, was found in a park near the scene of the crime, but she was too shocked to speak.
Shinji (Erika Toda) returns to the task force. Under Eriko's (Yuki Amami) instructions, Truth, who had been investigating the shooting incident two years ago in which Kurohara (Toshiyuki Nishida) was targeted, notices that the leaders of the terrorist group “Black Moon,” suspected of being behind the shooting incident, are being killed one after another. Nodachi (Toyoharu Takeno) tells Chief Danba (Ken Mitsuishi) that this is sabotage against the task force in charge of security for the summit, but his claims are ignored.
