Season 4 - Nakajima Atsushi was kicked out of his orphanage, and now he has no place to go and no food. While he is standing by a river, on the brink of starvation, he rescues a man whimsically attempting suicide. That man is Dazai Osamu, and he and his partner Kunikida are members of a very special detective agency. They have supernatural powers and deal with cases that are too dangerous for the police or the military.

Port Mafia boss Mori wants Yosano to join them in exchange for assisting the Detective Agency through their crisis. Yosano reveals why she would rather not.

Atsushi and Kyouka convince Mushitaro to escape the vault with them. While making their escape the bank is surrounded by the Special Operations Division being led by Sakaguchi Ango, a member of the Seventh Agency.

Suspecting that Lucy is cooperating with the terrorist organization known as the Armed Detective Agency, Jouno and Tetchou pay a visit to the cafe at where she works, in hopes of tracking down Atsushi and Kyouka.
Skyfall
Dazai instructs Atsushi to capture Sigma, who holds the key to stopping the Decay of the Angels' planned terrorist attack. Sigma, meanwhile, is hell-bent on protecting the Sky Casino.
