In "Hooray for Slappy," Slappy Squirrel's old cartoon enemies, Walter Wolf, Sid the Squid and Beanie the Bison, attempt to ruin an award banquet given in Slappy's honor. It's the first day of school for the world's strictest teacher and her new students: the wild and wacky Warner siblings ("Chalkboard Bungle").
