If you were a cyberstalking victim, and your parents were murdered, and you should find yourself with a creepily overprotective detective who sits outside your house every night and roughs up every man you come into contact with in case they are the cyberstalker then in a way, he is actually stalking you - but this is state mandated stalking, so it's ok. The plot is laughable and the pacing is boring but because premise is so ridiculous and unbelievable it's funny to watch.
