Predictable and overly simplistic. As a kids show it's perfect. People like to ask, "Can Superman beat Goku?" But I think, "Can Bugs Bunny beat Goku?" would be a more appropriate question. This is really a gag anime that chokes by introducing serious topics whilst dealing with them via a childlike worldview that feels like watching orchestrated entertainment-wrestling-tier drama. The whole world is Penguin Village. The side characters (bad guys) are the best part. It's pretty generic.
