I watched this because I like post-apocalyptic series, and because I like pandemic series (and this is both combined). The idea of a pandemic that makes people dumb and effectively toddlers sounded funny, but it was hardly realised. We barely see them. They don't even act like toddlers specifically. They just charge the characters more like traditional zombies. Yes, they can be distracted kind of like toddlers - but it would make more sense if they didn't actually necessarily do that.
