Pretty decent bit of Sci-fi here considering it was made for tv. The Torus looks good and is something different, the rest of the effects aren't bad and the CG is just alright. The story does tend to become a bit political but that's the filmmakers prerogative. The acting is well done by actors who usually have more supporting roles.
