I couldn't care less about F1; never watched a single minute of a single race. Also can't think of many things less interesting than cars in general. Yet I also can't say I've watched many shows more page-turny than this. Binged all available seasons in a week or two in 2022 and can't wait for more to come. May they selectively edit, shrewdly manipulate, and narratively misrepresent this sport I don't care about for many years to come!

Emphasizing individual drama and internal politics is surprisingly effective, as is the decision to focus on the non-Lewis Hamilton / Mercedes drivers. Despite not knowing much about F1 coming in I felt pretty well-acquainted with each driver and team by the second season. That said, I'm not sure this template can sustain interest forever. I would like more focus on the strategic and technical elements of the race, although I can understand this might dumb down the series for F1 fans.

Overrated, awful, manipulating. Probably thousands of fake F1 fans will show up. Annoying. I am a loyal fan of Keeping Up with the Kardashians and even that series is more realistic than that. Cockroach Z generation… damn.. first Marvel now sports, lord save us

As someone who is addicted to formula 1 and watches the races every weekend I certainly had high hopes for this documentary series. However, the series is over dramatized. There are a lot of moments where extra drama is added for the sole reason of trying to create a narrative and thus implying certain forced relationships. I had hoped for a more objective POV. Nevertheless, there is just about enough behind the scenes footage which kept me interested
