In the windy city of Fuuto, private detective Shotaro Hidari works with his friends to protect the citizens... in more ways than one. But a chance encounter with a bewitching femme fatale might spell a whole new kind of trouble for him, and his city.
The hunt for Tokime continues, but Shotaro begins to have growing doubts about her guilt, which leads to friction with his partner, Philip.
The identity of the Road Dopant has been made clear, and Kamen Rider W is here to save the day. But questions still remain. Who is Tokime, and what happened to her memories?
When a popular video game company's idol-spokeswoman/head developer starts receiving death threats, the Narumi Detective Agency is brought in to protect her.
Shotaro is injured defending the video game idol, Megu Kazamatsuri, leaving Philip in charge of the investigation. But can he and Tokime put aside their differences to protect their client?
The final confrontation with the Meganeura Dopant is at hand, and just as Tokime starts to settle in at the Narumi Detective Agency, a threatening force in the city's underworld begins to stir.

W and Accel are forced out of Shadow Fuuto by the nuclear-powered Nikaido and his army of monstrous Road Dopants. Will they find their way back in time to rescue Tokime and Rentaro?
Tokime tries to help Rentaro escape Shadow Fuuto, as the Kamen Riders track down Reactor's hideout.
