New Dark Clouds
Weeks after the dust settles from Sosai X's destruction, a tiny fragment of the alien revives and begins to rebuild itself into Sosai Zed. Using the remains of an old shipyard, Zed builds a vast mechanical pyramid fortress and levitates it over the ocean.
Debut! Gatcha Spartan
Egobossler's first attack, backed up by one of Zed's giant mechs, completely startles out heroes. Ken, Jun, Jinpei and Ryu rush to the scene of the battle (leaving Joe behind to quietly expire). The mech is too powerful, and the New Godphoenix is completely trashed in the first skirmish with Egobossler.
A Tainted Oasis
Galactor is expanding its power at an astonishing speed. An oasis in a village in the wasteland was occupied for the invasion of the Agrica continent. With the help of the village chief, the ninja squad plans to take back the village and take back the oasis, which is the water source for the villagers' daily lives.
The Challenge of the Iron Commandos
Galactor elected the independent nation of Parlon Island as his forward base. The ninja squad tries to recapture the island, but the citizens are taken hostage and cannot get close to the island. Even Ken, who was able to infiltrate, is thrown into the sea by Galactor's special forces.
Charge! The Terrible Soldiers
The Ninja Corps will escort an International Red Cross cargo ship carrying relief supplies to the port town of Canal, where refugees are located. However, the ship was destroyed by the iron beast mecha, and the refugees were captured by Galactor as slaves in the factory.
Burn! Gatchaman Fencer
Ken asks the same question viewers have probably been asking since the beginning: "Enough battling the little guys--why can't we meet Egobossler head on?" The Team does, but fails miserably. This episode ends in a very disturbing role reversal scene with Ken--now beyond reason--raging at a laughing Egobossler, and Joe finally having to bring all his strength into play to drag Ken back into the Gatchaspartan.
Steal the Giant Iron Beast
The Kagaku Ninjatai continue their tries at direct confrontation by stealing aboard Zed's tower and facing him directly. This doesn't work either (can we say "outnumbered"?), though they do get in a few good punches.
The Desperate Outlaw Squad
Prisoners escape from Gertland's prison. Galactor was killing prisoners who approached the databank fortress he was building nearby. Meanwhile, Ken and Joe head to the fortress and meet three escaped prisoners.
Fear of the Extinction Ray Gun
Dr. Doll, who is collaborating with Galactor, was developing a material annihilation cannon that would destroy all matter on Earth. In order to stop the father, the ninja team persuades the father and takes his daughter, Karen, who has been protected to the National Defense Forces camp.
Danger! Gatchaman Base

The Saturn Limited Express Z-Press
Z Press, a train carrying important equipment for Galactor's invasion of Agrica. The ninja squad attempts to attack the train as it heads towards Baburaltar Bridge. However, it was discovered that there were hostages in the car, and they were unable to attack.
The Order to Destroy the Mantle Base
Galactor's large force begins an invasion of Agrica. Meanwhile, the Ninja Team succeeds in decoding the captured operational data. According to the data, Galactor's purpose seems to be to occupy resource bases such as mantle energy and iron ore.
Violence?! The Decisive Battle of Agrika
The decisive battle between the Galactor forces and the United Nations forces has begun. The Ninja Squad launches a plan to crash a fake Gotcha Spartan into the enemy and attack the command base while they are there. Joe and Ryu disguised themselves as Galactor fighters, and the other three disguised themselves as travelers.
Destruction by Fire! Egobossler\

Mercenary scientist Professor Gordon develops an indestructible material called Neophryte and decides to sell it to the highest bidder. So he summons agents from both Gallactor (Egobossler's first officer, Kempler) and the ISO (the Gatchaman, naturally) to meet alone on a spot he specifies.
Appearance! Terror of the Triple Iron Beast
At the request of Dr. Spencer, who is researching President Z, the Ninja Team is to carry data about President X to the Space Science Institute on Bogie Island. However, President Z realizes that his true identity is being probed and orders the destruction of the island.
Angry Joe! Fright of the Flaming Bird
Joe went to BC Island to visit his parents' graves. BC Island was once an important base for Galactor, and is also an area where peace was restored by the Ninja Corps. Joe is reunited with his childhood friend Anna at his parents' grave.
Order to Blast the Satellite
Maastra, who once served as President X's subordinate, is still alive. Mastra returns to the Earth Castle from the Mars base and occupies the resource research satellite Lemuria 7. Meanwhile, the ninja squad invades the island where Galactor's squad has landed.
The Evil of Mechaland
The King of Tangania, a peace activist, was attacked by children during a parade. Although the incident ends safely thanks to Ken's actions, similar incidents occur in various places. Moreover, they did not remember anything about the incident.
A Warrior\
