Light and fluffy and dumb to a fault, but in its light fluffy dumbness it manages to achieve something fairly amusing in the small-town dramedy Gilmore Girls vein. Rachel Bilson is rather charming in the lead role. The more the show goes on the more it abandons any pretense of being a medical drama and just goes all wacky comedy, but it has a pleasant enough vibe to it. I watched all four seasons.
