10-year-old boy disappears in 1976 in an area crawling with pedophiles, most known to the police. Despite loads of leads and even some witnesses, the case was never solved. MA police look like the dumbest PDs in the country, yet they're actually fairly typical. It's more personal since this was made by a childhood friend of the boy. The psychics segment livens things up a bit. Best line: when a psychic lost some of the boy's things, "something happened...that evidently he didn't foresee."
