Surprisingly solid due to the fact that Anthony is both an entertaining and informative host. Granted, the niche he covers only matters to you if you're into travel and/or business, the show is competent in conveying why each hotel has its own problems, although I do think the solutions are often repetitive. Despite this, the drama associated with running a hotel at least tends to be engaging despite the lame reality TV tropes and there's a lot of variety in its characters so it's not a bore.
