Jamie explains the horrible conditions that pigs have to live in, they are all put into cages with no freedom to move about, and the way they used to be killed was horrible too. Oliver is determined to make all pigs to be eaten free range, with enough space to move about, which will also give them better nutrition, and taste better compared to a battery pig. There is a little bit of the program called Pig Brother, which makes three volunteers live similarly to a pig, and sees the results.
