Season 1 - When the Jashinka Empire rises from the very depths of the Earth to commence world domination. Dr. Kyutaro Yumeno of Yumeno Invention Laboratory assembles five young inventors and gives them the power to become a team known as the Scientific Squadron Dynaman. Each member of the team has their own goal in life, but as the Dynaman they are united to stop the Jashinka Empire in their treacherous plans. (imdb)

A Mechavolution Beast's attack leads to a revelation of a mysterious gene that the Jashinka truly desire and leads to even strange behavior from Doctor Yumeno.
Unraveling the mystery of the Retro Genes while trying to stop the Jashinka from gaining them, the Dynaman discover the truth behind their mentor Dr. Yumeno and the origins of their team.
The End of General Kar (1984)

General Kar releases his most powerful Mechavolution Beast to abduct Doctor Yumeno and gain the Retro Genes for Aton, while Zenobia and the Dark Knight work together to achieve the same goal.
With Yumeno in Zenobia's hands and Aton in pursuit, the Dynaman must find their mentor to prevent them from achieving their dreams, even as a familiar enemy finally shows his machinations...
Trapped within the Millennium Cave with no hope of escape, the Dynaman must work with Dr. Yumeno in order to finally stop Megiddo and Chimera and push forwards into their own dreams for the future!
