Season 1 - While reading the Galaxy Bible, Ejin learns of a shocking prophecy: When the dark god Satan Gorth awakens, the universe will be ravaged by giant monsters filled with rage. After Satan Gorth appears and the prophecy is set in motion, Ejin orders Juspion, who Ejin has been tutoring, to stop him and combat the corrupted Megabeasts. MegaBeast and its friend from another episode appear again in a scheme to lure Juspion. In one side, the MegaBeast - boy bond strengthens Juspion in the battle. On the other hand, Mad Gallant mercenaries show strong ties in spite of being in the evil side.
After losing his sibling, mercenary plots to put Daileon not usable and use hostages to avoid Juspion escape a dead-end situation. Daileon and Juspion bond gets stronger as outcome.
Mad Gallant's crew uses a dance trap to exploit youth's energy in order to feed a MegaBeast. Juspion saves youngsters and a new dance group appears.
The villain analyses Juspion and Daileon's past battles to foresee attacks. Juspion cleverness gets useful hint from talkative opponent, leading to relief after painful quarrel.
Mad Gallant misleads Juspion with a MegaBeast battle while he carries on an explosion scheme. Long time no see Juspion's allies allows the hero to overcome it and to conclude by defeating its major enemy, who manages although to come back.
Galactic witch Gilza plans to spread over Japan baby MegaBeasts, but before she has to finish up with Juspion, showing the average definition of death does not apply to her.
Mad Gallant's plan to explode Japan is hidden by a kidnapping plot involving international criminal investigated by Boomerang.
Galactic Witch Gilza's computerized henchman projects to bomb Tokyo using home robots as disguise.
Galactic Witch Gilza distributes to children a pendant so they curse their rivals, before they become demons. Juspion himself is cursed.
Mad Gallant kidnaps a scientist who works on a method to move Earth in space like a comet. He wants a mobile MegaBeast Empire. The scientist's love for his son helps him overcome the situation.
A piece of the Galactic Bible appears on Earth. Satan Goth tries to catch, which leads to a battle against Juspion and Eijin, who guesses Satan Goth will experience a metamorphose.
Juspion starts looking for the five children linked to the Golden Bird. So does Mad Gallant, with serial kidnappings. Gilza fate is sealed by her fear to the prophecy's baby.
Mad Gallant's army kidnaps Miya to brainwash it against Juspion and use it as a model to build a MegaBeast to make Juspion abandon the fight.
Mad Gallant strengthens ESPer girl's powers to attract people and make them use a pin which will transform them in beasts.
Gilza's sister comes to avenge her and make people think Juspion is a mean guy.
Gilmaza forces a scientist to promote fake diamonds in order to aggravate humanity's greed, for the sake of the MegaBeast Empire.
Gilmaza brainwashes a childhood friend of Juspion so he challenges the hero to a duel, foreseeing Juspion will avoid hurting him and therefore would lose.
Gilmaza kidnaps a family from a planet that enjoys the best defense. She wants a similar one for Satan Goth. The kid from the family befriends a human boy, which has called Juspion's attention, leading to his involvement in the case.
Satan Goth's painful metamorphosis requires a human sacrifice. Juspion intervenes and discovers the new extension of his enemy's overwhelming powers.
Dai Satan Goth spreads jungle in major Japanese cities, full of MegaBeasts.
While Juspion is looking for the fifth child, Mad Gallant, after being trained by Super Satan Goth, challenges the hero to a death duel. And the final battle opposing Super Satan Goth to Daileon starts.
Juspion interrupts his search for the baby to come to Eijin's aid, who fights against Super Satan Goth alone. During the battle, the baby appears and Daileon manages to settle the battle.
