I do have some degree of amusement from people looking at popular media from the perspective of specific professional fields and in Devin's case I think he's reasonably competent at doing this. I think he's a lot more sketchy when it's clear his interpretation is coming off of his political biases where I can tell he was spouting non-sense even though I'm not a legal professional myself, but generally I think this guy's content is respectable fluff, though keyword here being "fluff".
