Nancy Smith was the attractive young daughter of the President of the United States. She met a young veterinarian from Center City, Iowa (near Des Moines) and they fell in love. Unfortunately, being under constant surveillance by the two agents of the secret service (Turner & Rodriguez) that did nothing to promote the romance at this point and Nancy's Chaperone, Abigail and Adam's Uncle Everett also seemed constantly to get in the way, not to mention the press.
