The series takes place in Sandomierz and its surroundings. Each episode tells a separate story. Priest Mateusz (Artur Żmijewski), returning from a mission in Belarus, is summoned by the bishop (Sławomir Orzechowski). At the meeting at the curia, he learns that he will take over the parish in a small local parish. At the first mass celebrated by Mateusz we get to know a colorful group of his parishioners. (TVP)
