Sagara (Kazuki Sawamura) approaches the unemployed Kazue (Ran Ito) by pretending to be a coincidence, while keeping secret the fact that he had worked behind her back and ruined her job offer. He proposes to Tamaki (Yoko Nogi) that they establish a new “General Medicine Department” and bring in Kazue as its head. 　One day, a woman visits the hospital.
