The number of patients at Dojo General Hospital has plummeted due to the selfish behavior of Acting Director Moriyama (Masanobu Takashima). Upon returning from vacation, Director Tamaki (Yoko Nogi) is furious at the hospital she has been protecting, but Moriyama seems completely unconcerned. Seeing him like this, Sasai (Shana Bokuzo) and the other members of Team Moriyama begin to wonder seriously whether they should stay at the hospital.
