When a Canadian Air Force plane crashes within miles of its intended destination at Ellesmere Island, all but five members of its crew die, and the plane's captain, John Couch (Richard Chamberlain), must find a way to lead his men to safety. Although they're close to help, they can only reach their destination by getting through a treacherous blizzard. Mark Sobel directs this drama based on a true story. (mubi)
