Silly but passable bit of fluff that has all the (dog?)-earmarks of a potential TV pilot – includes everything but the chief villain bemoaning his capture due to those “meddling kids”, but has its heart in the right place, and is well-served by its young cast (and Norman is an endearing presence as the hamboning “Rufus”).
