Synapse

Loiter
After escaping Doc's clinic, Ichise wanders around the city, but without a completed calibration of his texhnolyzed parts, it is challenging for him to even walk.
Repetition
After wrecking her car on a desolate highway, Doc meets a man from outside the city. Ichise finally realizes the strength of his texhnolyzed parts, and proves he has the mettle to confront the man who put him in his position.
Plot
In a man-made underground society, descendants of a banished generation vie for control of the crumbling city of Lux. (imdb)
Cruicible
The clash between Alliance, Organo, and Racan is about to accelerate, with virtually no one even suspecting they are being manipulated.
Wiggle
Oonishi barely escapes from the combat, only to discover that the Organo board has settled on deposing him. Yoshii notifies him that he is far from being done with him and the city.
Conclusion
Following the dig site bombing, a member of the Class comes to Lukuss. Yoishii invites Racan to capitalize on this, with Shinji having no idea what he actually schemes.
Vagrant
The power struggle in Organo lingers, during which Ichise teams up with Tooyama to search for the person responsible for the dig site bombing.
Precognition
Ichise becomes a full-fledged Organo member. He alongside Toyama are assigned to investigate a murder at the Raffia mine, where Ichise's father once worked and was executed.
Vista

Oonishi, Ichise, and a few other Organo members travel to Gabe to receive counsel from the elder and the seer about the future of Lukuss, only to uncover something alarming about Gabe's citizens.
Rejection
Violence still taints the territories of Lux. Doc calls Ichise in to repair his hand--and to use him as her key to escape the city and return home. When things don't go quite as planned, Ichise's killing instinct takes over.
Shapes
As senseless infighting inside Organo continues, a rumor about ghost-like figures surfaces. City-wide kidnappings by these ghosts seem to indicate that none of the known groups are behind them.
Strain
Oonishi visits Doc to inquire about his recent blue-haired visitor and how serious his intentions and threats are. The Salvation Alliance and Racan continue to lose their followers en masse to Shapes.
Dependence
Shapes violently and swiftly take over the city, and the rest of the survivors have no choice but to join forces in what amounts to a frivolous last stand. Doc reveals to Ichise a certain "white lie" she has told about his texnolyzation.
Throne
With the remaining Organo obliterated, Oonishi and Shinji ride to the Class compound only to learn that Kano is acting by himself and intends to invade the surface too. They urge Ichise to escort Doc to the surface world to warn them.
Heavenward
The trio reaches the surface only to observe the artificial existence of its ghostly masses, who have become so detached from humanity that they have little care for what is going on in the Lukuss or any looming danger heading their way.
Hades
Hades (2003) - S1E20
Confronted with absolute apathy toward the impending invasion, Sakimura takes the matter into his own hands, and with his task completed, Ichise opts to descend back to the city.
Encephalopathy
Oonishi is determined to heed Lukuss's voice one last time.
Myth
Myth (2003) - S1E22
