Meat-and-potatoes Joel concert where the degree of enjoyment is obviously going to be reflective of your personal taste for Joel’s music – this captures him well, and proves at 75 he is still going strong, even if the concert itself is unlikely to go down as one of his best or most memorable (outside of a spirited rendition of AN INNOCENT MAN; still hitting those high notes!) It’s all fun and very enjoyable, and an adequate facsimile for those of us unable to make it to New York.
