When he was 15 years old, he lost his family as a result of an incident involving his father who was a victim of fraud. Ostensibly, he is the landlord of an apartment building, and his goal in life is to eat up every single con artist in the world in order to get to Mikimoto (Yajuro Bando), the con artist who cheated his father. Kurosaki goes to “Katsura,” a sweet shop in downtown Tokyo, to get information on these con artists.

This time Kurosaki's (Shiyou Hirano) enemy is a scam that uses “heart”. After hearing from the victim, Michiru Emoto (Rikako Yagi), who signed a contract with a detective, Mikio Kawanaka (Shinya Shinno), who told him that he would make her meet someone she loves, Kurosaki decides to eat the white heron to get around the law and steal money.

This time, the target is "intellectual property fraud. Kurosaki (Shiyoh Hirano) buys information on a “white heron” named Seiji Nishiokazaki (Hideo Kurihara) from Katsuragi (Tomokazu Miura) and immediately contacts the white heron, but his lawyer Yoichi Shiraishi (Koji Yamamoto), who appears as his right-hand man, becomes suspicious of him.

Kurosaki (Shiyoh Hirano) is investigating Mikimoto's (Yajuro Bando) company based on information obtained from Shiraishi (Koshi Yamamoto). He does this without telling Mikimoto's connection Katsuragi (Miura Tomokazu), who, knowingly or unknowingly, forces Kurosaki to take on an urgent job.

Kurosaki (Shiyoh Hirano) flies to Shanghai, China in pursuit of Mikimoto (Yajuro Bando). Together with Kanoko Hayase (Yuri Nakamura), who suddenly appears, Kurosaki meets with the influential people who were duped by Mikimoto. In Shanghai's fraud industry, two major mafia forces are competing against each other.

Kurosaki (Shiyoh Hirano) returns from Shanghai and is reunited with Hyobashira (Yuna Kurushima) and his cat, Kuro, after a long absence. Hyobashira is relieved to see Kurosaki back in one piece, but Kurosaki has been haunted by Mikimoto's (Yajuro Bando) last words, "I am not the end of your revenge. Like Kurosaki, Kamijina (Inowaki Umi), who was faced with Mikimoto's death, also felt regret for not being able to do anything to help Kurosaki.

Kurosaki (Shiyoh Hirano) is convinced that the avenger of his family is Kaneto Houjou (Kuranosuke Sasaki), an executive at Himawari Bank. Kurosaki probes Houjou's surroundings without telling Katsuragi (Miura Tomokazu), who has a connection with Houjou.

Kurosaki (Shiyou Hirano) learns from Ushiyama (Sayaka Yamaguchi) that Houjou (Kuranosuke Sasaki) has several sources of funding for his slush fund, called the "Houjou Empire. He decides to target one of them, a medical corporation. The chairman of the board, Takaya Usami (Kenjiro Tsuda), is a former Sunflower Bank employee and Houjou's junior colleague. He is the savior who rebuilt the hospital from the red ink.

Kurosaki (Shiyoh Hirano) is arrested by the police and is confronted with solid evidence during an interrogation by the detectives. It was clearly something that could only have been prepared by someone inside Sunflower Bank.

Hyobashira (Yuna Kurushima) is kidnapped and Kurosaki (Shiyoh Hirano) goes to her rescue, but they find themselves in a desperate situation. Then, an unexpected person appears. Meanwhile, Houjou (Kuranosuke Sasaki) is hurrying to raise funds for Gamo's (Natsuko Akiyama) new party, but Kurosaki's previous actions have had an impact, and the situation is becoming increasingly uncertain.
