Funny ....But I have a hard time watching violent movies based on true events i remember the most shocking thing for me was Farrah's appearance and given the fact that it was made for tv the beating scenes were pretty violent

A crashing bore. Farrah is actually pretty good at looking like death warmed over. She is far less good at looking like a teenager. Mostly, this is one seriously banal domestic drama that we're all supposed to be snowed into liking because it's about An Important Issue, and because a glamourpuss made herself ugly for the lead role. It's mostly told in flashback, so you just sit there twiddling your thumbs waiting for Farrah to smoke the bastard. The music score is seriously awful, too
