Not Your Brother\
Sue is ready for her big sendoff to college, but Axl doesn't care, Frankie is not emotional at all, and Mike is preoccupied with teaching her practical lessons. Meanwhile, Brick's girlfriend confronts him about their relationship.
Cutting the Cord
Sue texts Frankie non-stop while she waits for her roommate to arrive, Axl tries to solve the ant problem at his house, and Brick makes a new friend after he is bullied at school.
The Shirt
Frankie is stunned when Mike wears a Hawaiian shirt to dinner with some friends. Sue inadvertently tells Devin how much Axl loves her and Brick becomes overly ambitious while cleaning the bathroom.
Risky Business
Frankie is stunned when Mike wants in on one of his brother's crazy business ideas. Axl desperately tries to prove that he is capable of riding his dad's motorcycle. Sue plucks up the courage to confess something to Brad.
Land of the Lost
Sue's chance at a big date is ruined when she loses Brick, who is visiting her on campus. Mike is down and Frankie brings in reinforcements to find out why. Axl gets bad news after asking the city for help with his ant problem.
Halloween VI: Tick Tock Death
Each member of the Heck family finds themselves in situations reminiscent of "The Twilight Zone."
Homecoming II: The Tailgate
At the annual homecoming tailgate, Frankie worries that her mother will ruin things, Sue takes a familiar role, Axl is sick as a dog, and Mike asks Brick to help him win the cornhole tournament.
Thanksgiving VII
Frankie clashes with a coworker at her Thanksgiving job, Sue offers to work to see a guy she likes, Axl has an embarrassing moment at the bar, and Mike and Brick are bored at home after a blackout.
The Convention
Frankie and Mike live in luxury at a dental convention in Des Moines--incorrectly assuming that all expenses are paid, Axl becomes Sue's dorm roommate, and Grandpa Big Mike "babysits" Brick at home.
No Silent Night
The Hecks decide to watch Christmas services on TV at home, Brick and Axl get Frankie their same annual present, and Sue insists on a family photo--which gets all of the other family pictures on their computer deleted.
The Rush
Sue makes a new friend while going through sorority rush, Axl tries to help Mike use social media to promote his business, and Frankie becomes emotional after Brick buys his own pants.
Birds of a Feather
Axl hates his internship, and Frankie hates her job now that the new ownership has taken over. Sue is challenged to engage in critical thinking by a professor. Cindy asks Mike to tell Brick that she kissed another boy.
Floating 50
Mike and the boys plan a surprise 50th birthday for Frankie, Sue desperately searches for a sock lost in the laundry, and a school project forces Brick to try to get good at sports.
Film, Friends and Fruit Pies
Sue discovers that she's too poor to keep up with her new roommate's spending habits, Axl discovers that befriending the boss isn't what it's cracked up to be, and Brick could lose his only two friends when he becomes a director.
Hecks at a Movie
While the Hecks take Brick to his first movie in a theater, Mike and Frankie fight over a conversation with friends, Sue runs into an old crush who has some surprising news, and Axl discovers that he shared an awkward moment with a friend.
The Man Hunt
After Axl and Hutch buy an RV to live in, things get complicated after Kenny moves back in. Meanwhile, Frankie tries teaching Sue how to flirt and Brick begs Mike to teach him to become a man.
The Wisdom Teeth
Frankie prepares to take care of Axl and Sue when their wisdom teeth are removed, but nothing goes as planned. Brick's plan to assert control fails as well. Mike discovers that Rusty's ex-wife is coming to destroy their diaper business.
A Very Donahue Vacation
The Hecks decide to take a Spring Break vacation with the Donahues, but Frankie soon discovers that both families are going through their share of big problems.
Crushed
Sue is embarrassed when she finds out that her history professor knows that she has a crush on him. Meanwhile, Brick begs his parents to give Cindy's parents a loan so they can pay rent and she won't have to move away.
Survey Says...
Mike is upset that Axl is considering quitting football and losing his scholarship, Frankie does not like Sue's new activist boyfriend, and Brick struggles with the responsibilities of being an online product reviewer.
The Lanai
Frankie's plans to have a peaceful backyard lanai are ruined by her new neighbors' loud children. Axl and Hutch begin a new food business on campus. Sue and Lexie make plans for next year after they win the dorm lottery.
Not Mother\
Instead of having a traditional Mother's Day, Frankie encourages her family to "pay it forward" to another family member. Meanwhile, Frankie's mom still has hurt feelings with Mike over a dance at a wedding 20 years ago.
Find My Hecks
Frankie and Mike stop worrying about Axl and Sue staying out late when they discover that they can spy on them with an app on their phones. Meanwhile, a geometry test will determine whether Brick or Cindy will be class valedictorian.
The Show Must Go On
When Brick is not allowed to sing at his middle school graduation, Frankie takes up the fight. Sue may have to miss his graduation because of her job at Dollywood. Axl meets a younger version of himself during his summer job.
