Guilty pleasure time - a ridiculously silly, over-the-top stalker TVM which is objectively indefensible, but if you're in the mood or of a mind to enjoy this sort of thing, it fits the bill nicely, with Yennie committing admirably to the role of the deranged neighbor; one wishes for a better, more logical screenplay to better showcase her performance. Given the villian's identity is given away by the title, Madsen's prominence as a looming figure on the poster is a rather bizarre red herring.
