When seeing who had resented Touko, three traffic violators have become suspects: Kengo Aono, who was using his phone while driving and didn’t have a license, Manji Akamine because he wasn’t wearing a helmet while riding his motorcycle, and Yuzo Shiroyama for driving a vehicle with an expired inspection on top of not wearing his seat belt.
