An urban city runs on a special energy resources, known as the "Enetron," but Vaglass, an existence that threatens the life of humanity by stealing the energy. Ryuji Iwasaki aka Blue Buster and Yoko Usami aka Yellow Buster were on a mission to watch out for any suspicious activities. They spotted a suspicious man in a building trying to absorb "Enetron". Both Ryuji and Yoko jumps into action and transform into, "Go-Busters!"
When both Yoko and Hiromu are taken out of action due to their Weakpoints, Ryuji must work on his own when the Enetron suffers a leak.
The Go-Busters infiltrate a hospital where Vaglass has taken hostages in their attempt to acquire Enetron.
Chief Kuroki plans to increase the military potential of the Buster Machines while Enter creates a new Metaloid right in front of the Go-Busters, something that they realize is out of character for him.
Ryuji and Yoko escort an Enetron tank across the city when TireRoid is sent after it. However, something happens to Ryuji when he overheats, making him turn against his own team.
Combine! Go-Buster Oh (2012)

Hiromu has difficulties in forming Go-Buster Oh for the first time with Ryuji and Yoko, and Enter sends the SprayRoid in a plan to bring the damaged MegaZord Gamma (formerly CutterZord) back online to destroy the Go-Busters from the inside out.
A rookie mechanic takes over maintenance of the Go-Buster Ace, making Hiromu feel unsure if he is ready. The Denshaloid attacks, and there is a problem when preparing Ace to combat the new Vaglass Megazord...
Ryuji is reunited with his old high school classmate Kazuya who has become one of the Go-Busters' engineers, while Enter tries to infiltrate the Go-Busters' base of operations to steal a new Buster Machine's blueprints.
After Yoko and Usada get in a fight, Usada gets kidnapped by amateur thugs who request 2000 tons of Enetron. Needing Enetron to power a new breed of MegaZord, Enter gets involved, hoping to take the Enetron and finish off the Go-Busters.

Gorisaki develops an alarm to alert Ryuji when he is nearing the target body temperature for his Weakpoint to activate, and Enter uses this to his advantage.
With the threat of a MegaZord, the Go-Busters must work undercover taking care of the Hong Kong actress Angie Sue and they discover that she and Yoko look very much alike.
A Surprise Holiday (2012)

Taking a day off from their missions, the Go-Busters and their Buddyroids head to a local amusement park and zoo. However, they discover Enter wandering about and planning, and to make matters worse, Commander Kuroki suddenly left the base without warning.
Ça va? Rescue Operation (2012)

Hiromu and Ryuji must figure out a way to save Yoko from Tubaloid 2 after her Weakpoint activated at the wrong time.
Chief Kuroki tells the team that they will soon be meeting Beet Buster and his new Buddy Roid, but before any introduction can be made, the Soujikiloid attacks.
The Man from Hyper Space (2012)

When Hiromu learns that the two new Go-Busters originated from Hyper Space, he challenges Jin to a duel, suspicious of their motives.
Ryuji is surprised when Masato calls for an Enetron transfer station to be shut down, leaving him as the only available Go-Buster to battle the newest Vaglass MegaZord, when Go-Buster Oh runs out of fuel to keep the formation together in the fight.
When the EMC detects a MegaZord underneath the Earth, Hiromu, Ryuuji, and Masato must travel underground to stop the MegaZord, while Beet J. Stag and Yoko hold off the Metaloid on the ground.
With J.'s presence as a member of the Go-Busters, Nick starts to feel that he is not good enough as he does not have a specialty like his fellow BuddyRoids. On his time out in the city, Enter and SpannerRoid capture him.
When Enter sends Filmloid to attack, it creates fake Go-Busters and can apparently display images from subspace. To combat the upcoming MegaZord, Masato works to tune up the Buster Machines.
Farewell, Blue Buster (2012)

Ryuji's Weakpoint begins to severely harm his internal body, putting his life in serious danger if he ever fights the Vaglass again. And with the latest Metaloid themed after exercise equipment, it seems that it is not a easy challenge for Ryuji Iwasaki.
Enter meets Messiah's newest avatar in the real world, Escape, who proceeds to cause mayhem for the Go-Busters with her Keyloid.
Yoko finds out her mother was a Megazord pilot and was an old colleague of Masato's; the Metaloid Jishakuloid attacks, sticking Hiromu, Nick, Ryuji, and J. together, leaving Masato to have Yoko test a dangerous prototype armor.
Hiromu is called in by his old high school friends to help out when they need another person to join their performance troupe at the city's summer festival. The appearance of Wataameloid puts Hiromu in a sticky situation when he has to abandon his old friends to assist his teammates.
Masato's ghost stories during Obon scare Yoko, and the arrival of Rousokuloid and his dream altering powers only make things worse.
Usada accidentally gets infected by the powers of Keshigomuloid, causing chaos in the Energy Management Center's control room.
When Enter infiltrates a biotech institute headed by Dr. Kudo, the Go-Busters go in to stop him. However, everyone gets split up, and Ryuji gets stuck looking after Dr. Kudo's daughter.
Beware of Chickens! (2012)

Breaking Into Hyperspace! (2012)

The Go-Busters try to break into subspace to save Hiromu's father Yosuke, only to find themselves fighting both Enter and Escape as the two Avatars are no longer holding back.
Messiah Shutdown (2012)

Hiromu must come to terms with things he has learned about his family in the Go-Busters' adventure into subspace.
After Messiah's first defeat, the Go-Busters are surprised to be alerted to the appearance of a strange energy in the city. When they investigate they find a robotic woman named Shelly who says she is the partner of Space Sheriff Gavan. After Ryuji, Yoko, and Shelly are sucked into Makuku Space, Hiromu must team up with Gavan to stop Rhino Doubler from causing trouble in the city.
Gavan finally joins the Go-Busters crew, but what will happen to the team's teamwork? To be able to defeat the Rhino Doubler, the Go-Busters must work with Gavan and Shelly. Meanwhile, Enter is back with a vengeance!
Morphin'! Powered Custom (2012)

Enter is back without Messiah, and he has more powerful Metaloids that the Go-Busters must find a new way to battle.
Enter's Puppetloid manages to take control of Beet Buster, turning him against his friends.
Roar, Tategami Lioh! (2012)

While combating an enemy Megazord, the Go-Busters are caught off guard by the appearance of another Megazord. At the Energy Management Center, they discover it is the creation of Dr. Hazuki and his daughter reveals its name to be Tategami Lioh and it was created to assist the Go-Busters in battling Enter and his new Messianic Metaloids and Megazords.
Go-Buster Lioh, Shoom! (2012)

To request of better treatment, the Buddy Roids go on strike. This puts the use of Powered Custom in jeopardy, as it requires the Go-Busters and Buddy Roids to synchronize. What will the Go-Busters do?!
Yoko gets invited to her elementary school teacher's wedding, but when Tiaraloid begins to steal happy newlywed couple's data, causing them to go insane, Yoko is put in the place of Mr. Hasegawa's wife as bait for the Messiah Metaloid. However, the Go-Busters find themselves facing an upgraded Escape as well.
Live! Ace Deathmatch (2012)

Hiromu learns of an MMA match, but when Enetron begins to be siphoned off at alarming rates, the Go-Busters investigate to find four enemy Megazords have arrived in reality, forcing Red Buster to participate in a Megazord Deathmatch.
The Go-Busters investigate reports of the appearance of a Messiah Card not in the possession of either Enter or Escape, and Ryuji helps a young boy named Kenta who says he has seen the card.
Something happens to Masato's body deep in subspace, and J. stops the team from destroying the new Parabolaloid 2 without explaining why.
The Thief Pink Buster! (2012)

When a new Messiah Card is found in a painting worth 10 million yen, the Energy Management Center tries to get it, but the owner will not part with the painting. However, it is stolen by a mysterious thief calling herself "Pink Buster", and Hiromu chases after her to retrieve the card, but must instead protect Pink Buster from Vaglass's attacks.
Enter uses a Messiah Card on DenshaZord 2, turning it into the MegaZordloid, sucking people into itself, including Yoko who must battle inside the combination Metaloid/Megazord to save civilians.
Christmas Determination (2012)

The Go-Busters plan a Christmas party for children who cannot stay with their families. Before the festivities can begin however, Escape's new MegaZord Zeta attacks.
Escape betrays Enter and begins to create Messiah using her own avatar as the vessel and including Go-Buster Ace's mechanics in the Megazord Zeta's design. The Go-Busters must figure out a way to defeat Escape and save Christmas.
While celebrating the New Year, Hiromu discovers that his sister is going out on a date with someone, and he tries to see who it is all while a presumed dead Vaglass member enacts his revenge.
Yoko and Ryuji get into a fight after she asks him for advice and he brushes her off. However, when Enter and Escape attack again, Ryuji's pushed over the edge of his Weakpoint, putting everyone in severe danger.
Reset and Backup (2013)

With living creatures now able to be turned into Metaloids, the Go-Busters work hard on trying to get Hiromu to overcome his chicken-themed Weakpoint.
Setting the Trap (2013)

It is revealed the 13th Messiah Card is within Hiromu, but Masato cannot figure out how to remove it from the young man's body safely. Undeterred, Hiromu takes on Enter one-on-one.
Preparation and Selection (2013)

The Go-Busters begin to lose hope when Enter becomes more powerful every time they manage to defeat his new form, even the creation of an evil Red Buster. As Hiromu steels his resolve into sacrificing himself for the good of his friends, Masato tries to prepare an alternative.
Eternal Bonds (2013)

With Hiromu still acting as a back-up for Enter, the Go-Busters prepare to face off against him one more time, while Masato's plans to save everyone appear dauntless.
