The bio-pic of Herbert Wehner, a teenage anarchist who turned out to be one of the most influential persons in western germany after WWII. The guy behind Brandt, the guy behind Schmidt. The movie is interrupted by short interviews who give views by fellow colleagues but it's nevertheless a movie. It is moving and if it is telling the truth is up to the the audience.
