Kuroishi, a washed-up horror film director, receives a strange and eerie video from a beautiful, mentally deranged woman named Maria. Kuroishi and assistant director Ichikawa began work on a documentary that would trace the mystery of the video.

Torako, a private tutor, goes to the home of Tomoyo Shimoyama, who is struggling to make ends meet at a set restaurant. Then there was her son, Takashi, who stole 5,000 yen from the store's cash register. Takashi suffered from his parent's divorce, being bullied at school, and being extorted 5,000 yen.

Ichikawa, Kuroishi, and Eno follow Nanashi's words and kill the villagers. Everyone who receives resistance and gets hurt.
