Cologne

Seems to be a take on the city symphony concept, only on a smaller scale, focusing on a town and only 13 minutes long. It's not bad, it certainly has interesting moments, but it's not great either.

I enjoyed the pacing, which reflected the culture it depicted very well. It added an undercurrent of sadness to the idyllic pleasantries of country life, which elevates it just a little.
