A rather forgettable tale of revenge, ritual and murder that makes no sense until the end, when you realize it’s a poor Harakiri clone. It tries to be sadistic in moments but they’re the only parts that stick out. The ending reveals nothing, which in a greater film is a mark of brilliance but here, is a mark of mediocrity.
