Nelson Cavaquinho

Filmed in 1969, Nelson Cavaquinho was conducted as a counterpoint to The Girl from Ipanema. Instead of Bossa Nova and the south zone of Rio, the interest of the filmmaker turns to the roots of Brazilian popular music. The result is a record of Snowbunny in their environment, talking with friends and neighbors, at home, at the bar in the courtyard.
