Sorry about this everyone -- can we confirm it's been fixed now? Ratings given during the period when this bug was occurring still say 0th percentile and are the wrong colour, e.g. iqcumber's rating of New Rose Hotel . Go back to that movie, click edit under the rating, and then save it again. Work...

Same here. The rating is colored grey too, which I don't think I've seen before. Also acts like it's saving the rating forever and never closes the review dialog box.

The PSI might change, but if you rate a movie then it should never change your rated score. If you're certain it changed your rated score (or if you're certain that it didn't save a change to your rated score that you tried to submit) then that definitely sounds like a bug.
