8.26% French - also quite widely spoken
5.01% Japanese - a little surprised reached fourth, I do watch a fair bit of anime though
4.43% Russian - so often the baddies in American films

3.25% Italian
2.45% Mandarin
1.76% Arabic - not commonly thought of, but also quite widely spoken
1.53% Latin - often shows up in anything religious or criminal court related

Thanks....but if it isn't all done for me it isn't happening ("maths", no way!) I was interested in how Japanese would sit as compared to English as I watch a ton of Japanese cinema but when I put in "Japanese" the first movie in a long list is Blade Runner which makes no sense so, no way, but thanks for replying with "the way"
