Bermuda Triangle / Possessed Priest

Vaguely remember a movie from when I was a lot younger.....
Must be an 80's, perhaps 70's movie.
Storyline is something like; helicopter finds an abandoned ship in the bermuda triangle with one sole survivor, a priest.
The movie is basically the priest telling his story about how everyone on the ship progressively died under mysterious circumstances, at the end of the film there is a twist where the priest reveals himself to be the devil & he kills the helicopter crew.
It's probably a pretty whack film but I always remember that when I watched it, at an age of around 8/9, it scared the sh*t outta me.
Looking back at the plot also makes me think that it's very Usual Suspects esq & bearing in mind this was made before the usual suspects it makes me wonder if it had any influence?
